Cut Off the Spigots goal is to find alternatives to corporations that only care about enriching their shareholders and executive suite, and care nothing for the actual product or experience they create. Companies like Amazon do not want you to love their products or service, they want you to feel like there’s no other choice so you keep coming back.

Reducing your dependence on these corporations is an act of defiance, a push back against what the oligarchs see as the inevitable - they own everything and we just pay for what little space we can afford.

Do you need to listen to me? No! At the end of the day, your money is yours and you can spend it how you wish. I sincerely encourage you to shift your dollars to companies that feel right to you, and you may disagree with the level of “bad” that I say company is and decide to shop there anyways.

But I hope that if you’re reading this, you’re ready to be a badass. You are ready to say “F*CK ‘EM!” and choose a new path beyond what these corporate overlords tell us is possible. You are ready to fight back with your wallet, and your choices to even shop at all. You are ready to take back your power.
